An Interactive Study for Adolescents (ages: 12-19) with Type 1 Diabetes
Your personal journey to becoming mindful.

This special website will walk you through 6 sections at a pace of only one section per week. Each section asks you various questions about yourself and explains an important idea about mindfulness. You’ll learn it and practice what you learned for a few minutes each week. Each week you will get a key to unlock the door to the next section.
